Henna Capital | Associates has decided to participate as a "Silver
Sponsor" of the A.R.E.A.S. program atthe MIPIM Asia Exhibition
in Hong Kong. MIPIM Asia was a three-day conference where global
investors, corporations, and developers gathered to discuss
the global real estate markets and meet with potential business
partners. A.R.E.A.S. provided a platform for U.S. based real
estate companies to promote their projects and services to investors
in Asia and beyond. Additionally,
the partners had the opportunity to interface with several potential
capital leads introduced to us by the U.S. Commercial Service
subsidiary of the American Consulate General.

Henna Capital | Associates has entered into an MOU with Claridges
Hotels and Resorts, Pvt., a growing real estate development
firm in India. Claridges currently owns and is developing several
other hotels, including the nation's first Mandarin Oriental,
in Delhi and Mumbai. As part of a mutually beneficial enterprise,
Claridges is teaming with Henna Capital | Associates to help
launch its Triple Diversified Hedge Fund, a progressive real
estate Opportunity Fund, by identifying potential opportunities
for direct investment in South Asia for up to half or two-thirds
of the fund's proceeds. Claridges
is a wholly owned subsidiary of an extremely well capital consortium
of companies, led by a prominent NRI based in the U.K..

in terms of per capita Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Through

Advisor, who has agreed to lend us his forty years of "field"

member of several boards and his affiliation with the State

900 iundustrial and commercial properties throughout his career,
including the Anheuser Busch facility in Newark, New Jersey.
