The universe of real estate opportunities (a.k.a. the “Beer Sphere” developed by one of the co-founders of Henna) suggests that real estate will always reward savvy investors with a broad view of the world, a complete understanding of real estate products, and the creativity and knowledge to structure transactions appropriately.

Opportunities wax and wane, but they are never unlimited and they never disappear. At any point in time, there is a property, in a market, that if structured properly, will constitute a desirable investment. When overall economic conditions are good, the sphere becomes denser, reflecting greater opportunity, and when overall economic conditions sour, the sphere becomes more porous, reflecting lesser opportunity.
