Our half-century of experience
comes primarily on the asset management side. That's where you
really learn real estate. Doing deals is easy. It's a checklist
and a negotiation and we can do that as well as anyone, as evidenced
by the deals that we have done. But while the big boys throw
money around and hope that the market moves in their favor,
we asset manage our properties to make sure we are not entirely
